"I had just about given up hope on converting the old farmyard I owned into my dream home, local planning consultants had failed to get the approvals I needed and I was told not to bother trying again. I was introduced to G.M. Moore via a friend who said: “Glenn doesn’t believe in not trying.” He redrew a plan utilising every piece of planning law and immediately we started to get traction. Unlike most planning consultants, Glenn is not afraid to push your project. He works for you and believes every project should be fought as hard as possible. He is able to do this because he understands planning laws and guidelines. He has a good feel for both what will work with the local authority and how to achieve your aims. It took us a further 18 months and Glenn never once stopped pushing, at the end we had planning permission for a fantastic home the building of which was shown on the TV show “My dream derelict home.” The home was well designed maximising space and giving us the dream home we knew the barns could be. "Glenn Moore had been the architect on our home some years previously prior to our purchase, so we contacted him about the latest planning permission already granted on the property. From the outset he was always helpful and a pleasure to work with, full of useful information and experience particularly with our rather unusual property - so he enabled us to adapt the existing permission to suit our own style, sorting out all the paperwork and meetings with the local Council in a very smooth and timely fashion. We managed most of the existing project ourselves due to a limited budget, but unlike some architects Glenn was very supportive and was always on hand to help answer questions. We are already planning the next (much larger stage) of renovations and look forward to working with him again, while in the meantime we have highly recommended him to both family and friends."

We work mainly in the South East of England – Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Surrey and London. Further travel by negotiation.

We also prepare and submit building regulation applications to ensure your project complies with the latest standards. Structural engineering and Technical services are also provided.

We offer specialist services on a consultancy basis. We can work with your building contractor (we can recommend contractors in the South East of England) to ensure that all work is carried out to the specific requirements as detailed in your plans. We have extensive experience of working with diverse traditional materials and the techniques required to apply them.

As part of a listed building application, we can arrange an archaeological report that will date your property; provide material analysis and details of the history of the building. This is usually conducted as part of a listed property planning application, but is also an interesting insight that is unique to your property.
